We know your time is valuable so we guarantee we will be on time for your appointment, and we ask that you show us the same courtesy. If you are running late, please let us know, otherwise we will wait for 10 minutes then log off.

Please be aware that if you "no-show" to a scheduled time, subsequent bookings will incur a fee.

In case of Change of Plans

We understand that despite the best laid plans, sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know in advance or you can reschedule via your confirmation e-mail if it is more than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
